Hi, I'm employing a new therapist who atm works with young nails. Iv looked at their website and the selection of coloured gels is very limited from what I can see. I used to get Bio Sculpture Nails done but from what I know you need to train with them to be able to order them. She is already trained to do nails, just not with Bio Svulpture, so im a bit lost. If possible I dont wanna pay out for training for something she is trained in. Could anyone give me any pointers on this? Thanks. x

she could possibly intermix her colour range to create further variety.

if you like a soak off gel like bio but dont want such a high start up you could consider the nobility range from LeChat UK - Nail Care Products. theres quite a lot of choice and endless possibilities for mixing. also they have a buff off range too.

Or a free conversion prehaps I know most companies do them xx

Yeh i could maybe call Bio and ask. U dont ask u dont get eh? I just know how much it costs to train and iv been bitten int he butt by an ex employee who i paid a lot for her training...so am wary of forking out another £xxxx for all the training at first.

I love Bio...struggling to find out info on any other brands though...I have heard a lot said about Brisa on here and also have heard of Calgel through clients... x

If you're looking for a coloured gel range that she can use after she's applied her existing gel then look at Defianze and Light Elegance, I use them for my coloured gel (I use Brisa for my sculpting gel) and it works really well providing the existing product is cured and buffed to shape before applying the colour there isn't any 'mixing' of products :green:
They have a fab selection of colours in both solid colours as well as glitters, Karen's really helpful and the delivery time is really fast, even to Spain! lol

Thank you. Can I ask, could she use these gels just as a NNO Sandi? I have a lot of clients requesting this. And also she can use them over any extension work she does is that correct? Thanks again xx

I maybe didn't explain very well but I'm looking for soak off gel. Is it me or do a lot of companies only have a few colours in soak off? x

I think most companies have a soak off range.

I use EzFlow alternatives there are 48 colours but when I do clients I can't afford to buy every colour in the range so I do mix them up on the back of some form paper.

Its hard when it comes to choosing colours because what I like is not always what my clients like I have a few deep bold colours some glitters and the french colours.

You will never buy all the colours so just bear that in mind

Yeh its just on one of the sites i looked there was only like primary colours and another there was only like reds and pinks.

Its just a case of seeing what clients like so I think we could ask clients over the next few days before ordering. :) xx

They do both soak off and buff off coloured gels and they're very keenly priced too. I've not used their soak off colours so can't speak for them personally but the buff off ones that I've got and used have a fabby colour pigment, unlike another brand that I tried recently whose gel I won't be buying again lol

Just had a thought... if you're wanting a soak off for NNO then how about trying Shellac when it's launched.

See, this is why I worry! because there are often bad companies out there! Would you be so kind as to PM me which company you had a bad experience with please, so I don't make the same mistake?

Thank you.

PS This is fun...I get all excited about these things and I don't even do nails!

yes i will be getting shellac when it comes out, i cannot wait i am peeing my pants with excitement about it :) xx
