Commission split

Hi all

I've been approached by my hairdresser to do beauty and massage a couple of days a week. She'll be refurbing the upstairs, basically making a room and providing storage etc. I'll be providing most of the equipment to start off with, I'll be using their receptionist etc but be providing all of my own stock. We talked about it being commission based. What do you think is a fair split?? I've never done anything like this before and neither has she. :green:

I'd say 60% 40% in your favour as you are providing the equipment

If 60/40 is what you want, maybe try to negotiate to 70/30 being she might talk you down :hug:i
