I have a hair salon where I currently employ 4 stylists, they are all on the payroll but I would like to transfer over to commission based. I understand redundancy has to be offered if they are not in agreement. my questions are;
What is the going rate?
Will they be classed self employed? (preferable)
Do I supple stock?
Do I deduct VAT before commission?
