Common toners

im afraid to admit I haven't used toners for years!
I would now like to change this and plan to buy in a few colours with the idea that I may use them as a toner. I understand why you use toners but just wondered what are the more common toners that people like to use.I will probably aim to use koleston perfect.

If your going down the wella route go for illumina they are brill have a look at the shades online I use these way more that koleston now

Thanks would I still use the wella pastel developer as with koleston perfect?
