So I own a salon that is self employed stylists. 3 of my stylists are leaving (long story) but one of the girls has advertised on my salon Facebook page the salon she is moving to. I removed the post as I felt it unfair to which she then attacked me on messenger saying I was spiteful and unreasonable. She still has 3 weeks left of her notice to work but I just want her gone now as she is causing so much stress and ill feeling? Can i ask her to leave sooner?
