hi all am after some advice please
i have a new client she wanted a full set of gels doing she has never had any kind of enhancements before and her nails were in excellent condition.
She came back after 2 weeks as she had broken one off whilst making the bed but she then told me that 2 had fallen off in the first 4 days the rest of her nails are fine hardly any growth and no lifting and i can see she has looked after them and not peeled them off, She was just frustrated because 2 had fallen off i just dont understand why as i did a very thorough prep? any ideas??
i also do her daughters nails and they last and she has never had any fall off same as my other clients.
I have not been qualified long and i dont need a knock to my confidence but i really dont know why this happened?
I use nsi products i think they are amazing and have never had any problems before

Don't let it knock your confidence

If the rest of her nails are perfect, then in my opinion, it's something she is doing.... gel nails don't just fall off!!

If it was something you did wrong, then all of her nails would be lifting and they aren't so don't worry..... it's not your fault:hug:

if any gel was left on the nail then it was most likely ripped off by the client catching it, if the enhancement came off as a whole then i would normally think its not took to the nail, and completly lifted off, altho this could also happen if a client catches the nail hard enough, but she would have an extremely sore nail bed,
Dont take things to heart, if you are at fault then you would be having issues with more clients, as time goes on you get more experienced with different situations and become more confident that its not you, i always repair regulars nails free if its just the odd one whilst doing their infills and they appreciate this which in turn keeps them loyal, good luck xx
