hiya everyone,

im a relatively new tech and i have been looking at the threads and it is confusing me even more. I currently use french fin and want to start using natural tips but where do i start? I have already spent a lot of money as you all know what its like so im looking for a good natural tip and a white tip that i can overlay on, i have seen the raptor, daisy and gaitor. I have probs with shadowing so am i best with well less tips, i have also seen the half well tips. I have natural tips that i got from ebay and was told i could cut the well away, could i use these until they run out and then get other ones. Im very confused and dont want to give a client a bad set. also does it matter if you use clear or pink in zone 2 to avoid shadowing.:|

Hiya ...you might like the Creative Performance tips...No well...dont need blending and come in white and natural.

Contact Fiona Wallace (geek) and go and see her.

you are obviously very confused and i think the more you ask on here the more confused you will get.
its hard to explain to someone about natural tips and blending when you have not already learnt the basics of this technique already.
i think you definately need to be shown this way and learn it before you should be attempting this on a client.
you obviously care about your work otherwise you wouldnt be so worried which is a great start an you already sort of know what you need to do to improve your skills which is great.
good luck
