:irked: I've bought cnd's 'cuticle away' and 'cuticle eraser' for manicures and am now confused as to how to use them. When I trained we were to taught to apply cuticle cream, soak then apply cuticle remover to remove it. Is this old fashioned now? xx

If you go on to cnd.com they have fantastic video links on there of the mani/pedis and it shows you how they use the products and steps.

I really do reccommend you watch a few of those even just for inspiration!

Otherwise ring S2 on monday.

Cuticle cream and CND products are different and work differently.

If you are wanting to remove cuticle prior to enhancmenents then no, you would not want to be soaking the nails.

If you are using either product to remove cuticle as part of a natural nail service then I would reecommend that you not soak until after you have used the products and filed the free edge (so much easier to do when the nails are dry instead of water logged and soft); then go on to complete your manicure in any routine you like.

I prefer to use Cuticle Eraser for nails and Cuticle Away for feet.

Do look at those recommended spotlight videos on CND.com they are very clear and will inspire you.
