Hi I am looking for a site to download consultation cards for eyelash/eyebrow tinting. Need it for my case studies. Help Plz :Grope:

You may struggle to download consultation cards, you usually have to buy them. But if its for case studies you could make and design your own. Including their name, address, dob, contact details, doctors details, a list of contra indiactions such as eye infections, a note ensuring they have read and understood the consultation card and a space for their signature..hope this helps xo
