Hi Geeks!
I’ve scrolled through the threads but can’t seem to find the answer to my question so here goes…
sorting consultation forms and I have one for every service I offer, but a bit stumped on something.
when completing consultation forms, let’s say for waxing. Do you have to complete yet another when the same client comes back a 2nd/3rd/4th time etc etc or do you just redo consultations every few months/when using new products? Of course I’d update the record card every visit but to do a new consultation form each visit would be tedious for everyone. I hope that makes sense?
also what would you say is an absolute MUST to have when compiling a form? Contraindications of course but anything else that is imperative that should be recorded?
If anyone can advise me on this that would be fab xx
