What sort of questions do you ask your clients when doing extensions

I use the CND consultation cards which are pe printed with all relevant health and allergy questions etc. I also ask the client what they want from their nails. HTH

Well apart from the obvious, like name address and telephone number and a few brief medical questions ........ You ask them the questions that pertain to what you want to know about what they do with their hands and their activity level that will give you the indications you need to prescribe the right service and design for each and every client.

Make it simple ... Take Adele's advice .. it is easier and looks more professional.
