Consumer rights refund

Hey guys have had a problem with a client who doesn't like her hair I posted a thread yesterday about and was told not to give a refund she is now sayin she has consumer rights but my rights are to look at her hair in person to rectify the situation before I give her a refund and she is not willing to come in

I feel there was nothin wrong with her hair but she's being hard work she is determined to get a refund

She hasn't got a leg to stand on really, she was happy when she left the salon.

If she isn't coming in for you to change it then she knows how to play hard ball. Shes not coming in because there's nothing wrong with it.

She messaged me sat evening and still kept pestering me Sunday late
I told her my rights and it was to look at her hair befor agree on to give refund I said if you won't come to me I will come to you with another hairdresser
She said no I have made her unwell she's pregnant also and she doesn't need the stress
So she will have to forget about the refund
I just put ok all the best
So I won
