Contra actions to self tan???

Hiya ive been asked to list contra-actions to self tan, i know it seems a little obvious but the only contra-action i can think of is irritation to the skin....... Ive looked on the net but all it seems to come up with is tanning courses and there is nothing at all about contra-actions in my book. Can anyone help????

did your course tutor gave a talk about this in class?

ok here goes:

sensitised skin due to over exfoliation
streaky tan due to incorrect application or client not following aftercare advice.
mottled effect when tan wears off 4-5 days
skin intolerance rash
allergic reaction to product.
