Cool haircolor on a depth of 8

I have a client who’s hair color always turns into a depth of 8 after bleaching and wants the color to be cool.Sometimes the color looks kahki to me...I was wondering if i try this neutralise the orange with 8/81 and the yellow with /66 or maybe /65 and the red with /11 .i know that in depth 8 is a lot of yellow.would it look cooler/greyer not kahki??

There should be no orange on a level 8. It should be bright yellow like a lemon almost.

Could you possibly get a picture of the clients hair?

What’s her natural level and what are you using developer wise for the lift?
