Hi, dont know if doing this correctly, only registered in last 24 hrs, this is my first try at posting a thread. I trained 18 mths ago and got my qualifications with the Guild of Nail Technicians & have been practicing on friends n family ever since mainly l&p which I love. Want to go mobile in the next few weeks, definitely over the summer. Just finished small business course today & going on a waxing course tomorrow. Is there anyone out there using NSI products? If so, I'm finding their Pink Masque powder a strange colour, any suggestions on mixing it with any other colours to get a better pink? I have short nail beds so try to lengthen the look of my nail (& hopefully other peoples) using the white further up and the pink masque over my natural smile line. Any ideas? Going to try and look at the site at the weekend and fathom it all out!

Hello darling, welcome to the site!

I don't know a lot about the NSI stuff but if you search using the search tab above on the top right hand side of the screen. Just put in the words NSI pink masque and you will find lots of previous threads to read through. I have just tried this for you and there are lots of tips there.

Good luck in your new venture :)

Welcome to the site :)
There are many nsi techs here that im sure will help you out in the future. Hope the search helps you, im sure you will find your way around soon. Enjoy :)

hey hey welcome:) i use the nsi attraction system too so i'll try to answer your question best i can:) pink masque is a cool opaque pink... meaning its going to look funky on anybody without a cool skin tone. in order to use the opaque powder on all your clients you'll need to invest in "purely pink masque" also, its the warm toned opaque pink. also keep in mind that these are base colors and they can be custom blended with eachother and technailcolor powders to match your clients skin tone. it takes some practice and patience to become successful working with the opaque powders, they are NOT a "one size fits all" prodcut:) i suggest finding a class on custom blending or ask for a one on one with an educator thats familiar with custom blending before you start offering it to all of your clients, you'll learn how to match skin tones and mix colors and you'll no longer think your pink looks strange!:) until you get comfortable with it i suggest going with Sheer Pink, its a transluscent pink, but everyone can wear it!

Thanks so much, didnt know NSI did a purely pink masque, cant find it in brochure Ive got atal, will look on website for it. Found a lot of useful stuff on search tool for NSI, thanks.

Thanks. Been on waxing course today. Do it at home but wanted qualifications. Going to be praticing that now on anyone who'll sit still until I feel confident!
