Cracking up!!!

hi all
just wondered if anyone has any words of wisdom for me??
I am getting really disheartened i have had a couple of customers recently come back because their nails have cracked?? I am using nsi balance gels and have been for a while it has only recently started to happen and i dont know why? A few of my customers have also come back due to lifting i have been racking my brain as to why and i am hitting a brick wall would really appreciate any help with this.

do your bulbs in your uv lamp need changing, when were they changed last

Another thing you need to consider are seasonal changes in your area. In my area, I experience more cracking in the dryer colder times of the year then others.
