Hi guys,
Anyone with loads of experience with bright direct colours. Please tell me when rinsing off how do you not get staining on the rest of the hair if you are using different colours or leaving out pre-lightened pieces? Thanks

I rinse in order or brightness then cover each piece in conditioner as I go. Hope this helps xxx

Cold water makes a huge difference! :)

If I'm using really contrasting colors(purple and yellow for example), I use foil as much as possible to keep things separated when washing. The tip about washing in order from lightest to darkest is good too, adding conditioner as you go to the pieces you've already washed. Pravanna has a new line of "locked-in" colors that I've been happy with. They don't bleed nearly as much as their vivids line.

Cooler water does the trick.
