Creating business name

Hi,
I am just about to start working at home as nail technician and would like some ideas of creating my business name. I have noticed that usually people go with their first name and the followed by words like “nails” As my name is foreign and quite difficult to pronounce (Egle) so I am stuck I would like it to be more memorable and easy to pronounce. Any ideas?
