creative conversion

Hi geeks,

This may be a silly question, but I've been reading a few posts and the creative conversion course has been mentioned. What exactly is this course? I have trained with salon system taking exam in few weeks, and was wondering if this is the course for me to become creative recognized or would I have to start at scratch with creative.

Could someone shed some light on this for me if you can please
