Creative L+P Hertfordshire

Can someone tell me of a salon or individual that offers creative L+P as I cant find one anywhere near me to do my nails.....I live in St. Albans so somewhere near there or Watford????

I think fingertips in Hertford are creative but there must be somewhere in st albans its just so posh.
