Crisp smile lines (how)

Hi all i was wondering how you get really sharpe crisp smile lines ? Been trying to get them smooth and crisp but failing your help would be greatfully recieved.

yeah have looked at them i was just wondering what everyone else does to get them so crisp and smooth if anyone had any little tips just to tweek them?
