Has anyone ordered with this company yet?
I have put in an order today and have to say what a lovely bunch of friendly people they have working for them!

I had ordered a Spa kit and had separately ordered another item which the spa kit also contained. They phoned me up to make me aware it was already in the kit. Not a lot of companies would do that.

My order comes as quick as tomorrow and they only charge postage according to weight.


Thought i'd share this with you guys as I think in life we can spend too much time complaining and not enough time praising.

They defo have thubs up from me.
What have been your experiences with them?

I have had experience with them and yes they were very good. My only thing with them was that I got constant calls asking me if I needed any more products. It all became a little desperate and put me off. I see they are trying to be friendly but I'm not a fan of the constant reminders.

I don't like it when companies do that either. I had a spray tanning company that would ring me every two weeks to see if I needed any more solution. In the end i was pretty blunt and said look if i want any more i will ring and order some. Luckily they stopped lol

I love cuccio, we are finding it very popular and the range is lovely. I love dealing with them too, they havent hassled me in the slightest , i get the odd email from them, but apart from that, they let me get on with it.

I know what you mean though, there is nothing more annoying but luckily none of my suppliers ring me and hassle me. (must be a lucky girl!)
