Current rates to rent a beauty room or a nail desk

Hi just wondering what are the current rates to rent a beauty room out ? The room would be for one therapist on a self employed basis and is within a busy hair salon in Atherton Manchester U.K. .
There is also a separate nail desk that is in the hair salon so was looking at renting that separately . Thanks for any help
