I received a call yesterday from a potential client and the conversation was along these lines.

The lady in question has no nails but wants nails (she has a wedding coming up), however she has had bad experiences in the past with L&P and gel and wants nothing to do with either of them. What would you suggest I offer her to perhaps just tide her over for the wedding. She is then willing to go on and try and grow her own nails.

Thanks
Linda

Why don't you book her for trial, you get to see what her nails are like and maybe do a few different things on a few nails see what you/she is happiest with, clients tend to write things off because of past experience, I find it's all about re educating them and building up their confidence with both yourself and different (proper) techniques hth x
