Apologies firstly, for sounding like an old, moaning-minnie, but I have been a therapist now for 26 years. When I first started, the customer service provided by companies within the beauty industry was really good, very pro-active and always looking for our business. Training was always good too, when we took on a new range or treatment.

Now, I find I am forever chasing people and companies for information, repeatedly asking for more support after starting with a new product. I understand that times have changed, but its like no-one wants our business any more. Has anyone else found this to be the case - or have I just turned into a female Victor Meldrew?

Would love to hear about positive relationships and supportive companies out there in the industry!
