Hey girls (and guys) :)

This is a really basic and stupid question I know...

But I have just found myself jobless (which sucks cos I had just started getting a loyal client base together) and I want to steer away from the 'standard service for every client' thing, and learn to customise nails for each client to give them the best possible look, even if their nails start out yuk.

What I want to know is, is their any way to extend the nail bed on an enhancement if the client naturally has short ugly ones?
What can you do for people with those big fat thumbs with a huge square eponychiums?, I find the back tends to flair out and look quite ugly.

Thats all I can think of for now,

Thanks for your time and reading my post :)

does your product range have a coverage pink powder?
this type of powder will help you lengthen the look of a short nailbed. its a technique i regularly use on nailbiters.

there is a tutorial on Entity Beauty - Professional Nail Supplies in the education section , look for nudite brochure and it shows the principle of this technique step by step.

I would go back to who you trained with and do a workshop class for advanced techniques.

This is something most good companies do, and usually covers extending nail beds, dealing with odd shaped or badly bitten nails etc, and tailoring your nails you do to your clients needs.

HTH's.
