Cuticle or eponychium?

Hi all,

I have read the threads on here regarding the difference between cuticle and eponychium but when it comes to my own nails I just can't distinguish between the two (my nails are in poor condition :-() I've attached a few images below - is the ledge between my skin and nail plate cuticle and thus ok to be removed or is it eponychium and should be left alone? I've ordered some solar oil to try and get my nails back into good shape

Have a look at fingernailfixer you tube video on removing cuticles she explains the tools & products to use also Holly has a fab face book page.

I use CND cuticle remover gel with the recommended tools this lifts dead skin cells around the nail plate & with the solar oil my nails are growing. I like to use a hand oil afterwards to hydrate - hemp oil.
