yep me to! most of the town center nail bars in N'ton use thows elec drills (badly) and every time I get a new client who brings a friend they are gob smacked that I don't file / cut cuticles and that having acrylics doesn't hurt, and mine stay on to. bonus! lol.

We got taught to only cut the excess cuticle if nessesary. ie the epinicium (sp?) is lifted from the nail plate when pushed back gently with a hoof stick or a cuticle pusher. Never to cut live tissue. No one in my class has ever made each other bleed that i know off.

I also use cuticle nippers to nip hang nails down so they dont pull and snag on clothes.
