Decided nails weren't for me, now what?

So I recently decided doing nails just isn't for me, and now I've got hundreds of dollars of powders glitters etc. What I'm wondering about is whether it's legal and sanitary to resell barely used powders? Many of the colors in the sets I bought didn't get even get touched apart from swatching. Appreciate any input on the subject.
