Dermabrasion or not to dermabrasion that is the question?

Hey geeks

I am interested in Dermabrasion as a treatment. Is this something that can be learnt and carried out as a mobile therapist and if so what courses/qualifications would i need? Is it something that is sought after? I am new to this and would appreciate any advice going? I appreciate that it is a specialist treatment.
