Surely if there are UK distributors then you should be supporting them. I find it very unfair that companies like this in the US can sell to anyone with a credit card, but I bet if the UK distributors started selling outwith their territory they would get into trouble.

Support your local suppliers because if you dont then one day they wont be there.

maybe if the local suppliers were as cheap as the usa then i would. Im not here to save the wold, im here to make money and survive. We are getting rodded with everything in this country, so im afraid i will continue to buy from other countries...unless the "local suppliers" match the us prices.

Well Bondgirl78 (sorry I couldnt find your name),

I can appreciate where you are coming from but if you actually knew all the taxes which were added onto the supplies for entering into the UK then you would understand why the UK is more expensive.

As you are buying things for your business you should actually be paying VAT and other duties when they enter the UK and if you are not then be very careful because if you are caught then it may cost you more than buying the items from your local supplier.

hmmm i see your point. Ill check it out. To be honest i would buy from over here all day long...but at the moment im trying to save every penny, i live in london and everything is just sky high prices. We have been payin 1.23 pence per litre petrol for 3 weeks in the area i live in! Crazy!

LOL, I wish I had a petrol car then, mine is a diesel and it is £1.33 LOL.
