I have just been informed DERMALOGICA has closed my account- I was not aware and only found out as I phoned to try place an order. She says it would be because I haven’t ordered.
I made a order just before covid but not made one since as obviously was closed, unable to do facial & had a lot of unopened new stock that hadn’t been used so didn’t need anything.
Has anyone else had any issues with DERMALOGICA? Their support for small business isn’t good at all, I have been a customer with them for years!
I’m waiting to hear back from them but does Anyone else have any advice or recommendations for a new skincare range?
