Has anyone one been on this 4 day course just wondering what to expect.

Hey! Did it years ago. Really loved it! It's as far as I remember an introduction to Dermalogica and the main products and stuff. I found it to be like college, a half day of theory and then a half day of practical where you practice in each other. If you enjoyed facial class in college you'll love it. The trainers are also great with skin diseases and anatomy etc so you'll learn a lot from them. :)

Thank you

Wasn't sure if it was just theory certain days and practical other days
I'm excited but nervous been on my eon there !!

The first three days are practically all theory with product knowledge, skin bar and face mapping skin analysis, they have you using the products on your own face though so don't spend too long doing your make up in the morning coz it'll all be off by lunchtime haha.
On the 4th day you do a full skin treatment on one another.
It's great though and you need to wear uniform every day. Keep your nails short too, the girl I got paired up with was wearing acrylic nails, not exactly the best facial I ever had lol.

I really enjoyed it, mine was at derby and I went by myself - I were nervous but other therapists were lovely and lots staying in the same hotel. I felt like I learnt more in 4 days than 2 yrs at college! X

I'm really looking forward to it now. I go tomorrow so I think I'm prepared just been reading the book. Thank you for the advise I'll defiantly stick to the not much make up 😌xx

If you are a stockist of Dermalogica products training is free and they offer ongoing training to become specialist and expert status - or if you work in a salon then your employer can send staff members on training x

Thanks for your replies. X
