Ok so I know it's happened in England already because I've seen posts before about it, so even though I knew it was coming you still can't help but be outraged when you see Dermalogica for the first time in Pharmacy's!!!
I wanted to see if maybe the girls that worked there were properly trained and then just maybe I wouldn't be SO annoyed. So I asked the girl what was best for me skin after telling her I'm quite sensitive and have eczema. Now my skin is so dry that even super rich repair soaks in in a few seconds!
She prescribed Dermal Clay cleanser 'as you get a deep clean which dry skin needs!', thermafoliant (whick would tear sensitive skin) and Active Moist she said 'because it's full of moisture'!
So clearly these girls have no idea what their talking about. And we all know if someone picks up the wrong thing for their skin and gets bad results they won't go near the brand at all then! So knowing this, why the hell did Dermalogoca do it!!
What did you geeks do when it happened to you? Do you still stock Dermalogoca or did you move onto something else? I'd like to know if they lost much business. I have another product range that Im trying to focus on now but not sure if I should fully get rid of Dermalogica as this is the beginning of the name going down the crapper and I don't want to be dragged with it!
Sorry for the rant but Im just soooo annoyed at them
