Dermalux Flex vs Quantum Phototherapy

Hi I wondered if anyone had any thoughts on pros and cons of each the Quantum Machine from Pureskin or the Dermalux Flex machine?

Quantum sounds a better option and is more competitive and has 5 light streams whereas the Dermalux the leaders in this offering (i believe) only have the three colours and fewer LEDs

I'm confused, and would appreciate your opinions, thanks
