Which beauty insurance company is good for dermaplaning ? The place I work in covers me for all basic treatments but not for dermaplaning as they mentioned it’s a high risk treatment and I need to have my own insurance and I am NVQ level 2 trained .

Hello there,

I’m a little confused by your question.

Are you an employee or are you working on a self employed basis?

If you’re an employee, your employer must provide insurance cover for all treatments that you are offering within the business.

If you are self employed, you are legally a separate business entity and required to pay your own tax and national insurance contributions, and therefore, you must also purchase your own public liability insurance for all the treatments that you offer.
