So i thought i would take the oppurtuinity and get dermaplaning done.
I didnt really know much about it but thought it would be great to declog my skin and have heard that your make up glides on perfectly after as it removes all the " peach fuzz"

I had my treatmeant done Monday ( 8th Oct ) which was a little painfull and was not expecting this

After the treatmeant my face was VERY red and sore .. see pictures attached

Day 2. very sore face but becoming really dry..
Day 3 still red and wore make up and my skin is very very dry and the complete opposite of what i thought it would be like. Very itchy and makeup looks awfull over the dryskin

Could anyone give me some advice and tell me if this is normal?

Was there anything applied to your skin after you were dermaplaned? I cleanse and tone the face, dermaplane, tone (starts the hydration process) use hydralouric acid and and spf on the skin so it shouldn’t be dry I’ve never had any complaints about dryness. Might be an idea once skin calms down to go for a facial. Were you given after are advice I also give out printed aftercare advice
