Desperate-how to fix my crazy hair?

Hello brothers and sisters,
Please help this mister.

I've lost confidence in my hair. It's so prone to being tangled, matted and frizzy. I have tried different oils, shampoos, conditioners, brushes... I'm getting close to shaving it all off...

If anyone could please help me find a solution, I would be very thankful.

Have u tried a keratin at all? Might be the answer to your prayers!!
