I'm interested in the % of DHA in self tans such as Nouvaglow. On the Nouvatan website it states it contains 4% DHA and the idea is you build up the colour.

So my question is, is this the equivalent of a 4% spray tan?! Is this more than your ordinary tanning products from high street stores, e.g. Fake bake, Xen tan or even the cheapos such as St. Mortiz etc.

Reason I am wondering is because of my rubbish skin/hormones fake tan from a bottle makes no difference to my skin (wash it off with no colour) and getting a spray tan isn't always convenient.

Thoughts appreciated! xx

Hi. My sister uses this but more to supplement a spray tan. She starts using after a couple of days & then keeps the same colour for a couple of weeks.
I think you would need to use daily for a week or so to build up to a good colour like you would get off a spray ta. X
