Ok,,,,,,its not a dead serious dilema... but one thats got me thinking.

I have soaked off my pink and whites today. My nails are looking really good underneath. A little weak, but thats how my nails are nothing to do with the enhancements.
Now my dilema is,,,,I really want to paint them with creatives voodoo.
I really want to do this to prove to people, including some of my clients, that you can wear your nails natural after wearing enhancements. So mny people think they are bad for your nails. I haven't been without my enhancements for about 16 months now. Yes, its feeling a bit weird but I love how my nails are looking.
Now, because of the enamel, I know I will end up 'scrubfreshing' my enamel off.
Can I use a gel top coat over the enamel to save it being scrubbed off?
Is there another product I can use if I can't use Brisa Gel?
Thanks Guys!!

Quattro by Star Nails is really good for this. They should stock it in your local Sally's.

not any finishing gel, but I know some work. something like UV Cure was made for that

still, it's all a matter of holding things, and with a bit of habbit you can do everything and never ruin your nails, whether it could be caused by polish remover, acetone, scrubfresh, or filing.

lol.....not practised yet!!

This has been discussed before and as far as i can gather its all very hit and miss....some say they have used gel over enamel and its worked and others say it hasnt...

I have tried it and it didn't work....as you know gel needs either its own sticky layer or a dull 240 surface to adhere...enamel has nether of these.

So i use a coloured gel but have got my eyes on those new MINX that apparently don't spoil with scrubfresh.

The only other thing i can suggest is paint them and then use Hands Down pads with your scubfresh as those have a protective backing to stop your polish spoiling...SS sell them. x

Thanks mate!

I will try and hold my scrubfresh pads differently. I am just really pleased at how good my nails look!

Sorry, should have explained. This product is for use over enamel and cures under uv in 2 minutes. I've got it on now over Devilish and it looks really fab and shiny.

Tried to order this online as Sally's is miles away and I haven't got time to get there. Got to order over £50. Boo!
