Hi all

I am trying to write a disclaimer note for parents to sign when they drop off their little princesses to have their nails painted and I am getting a bit tongue tied with what I want to say.....

Basically, I don't want the parent to get home, find that little Francesca has nibbled all the skin around her nail sore, or ****s her finger in a door 3 days later, and then tries to sue me for damaging her daughter!

Any suggestions would be gratefully received

Thanks in advance
L

So far I have this but really am not sure about the middle bit in CAPITALS........... don't think they sounds quite right - what do you think?

DISCLAIMER

Parents are required to sign this disclaimer prior to their child receiving any treatments at CHILDS NAME birthday party.

Your child may receive any of the following treatments:

Nail/Hand soak
Nail clip/file
Hand cream/massage/scrub
Nail polish application
Nail art application
Face/body glitter application
Temporary tattoo application (water base non toxic)

All treatments are carried out by a fully qualified, fully insured nail technician at no ????????? I WANT TO SAY 'LIABILITY' BUT IT JUST DOESN'T SOUND RIGHT.

In the case of any reaction to products, this may be immediately remedied by removing polish with non acetone nail polish remover, and thoroughly washing hands, or washing with soap and warm water in the case of glitter and temporary tattoos.

Please sign below. Many thanks.

Please help - thx
