'm new to setting up and have my training on Monday.

Does anyone provide there clients with disclaimers and aftercare slips? if so where do you get them from or do you make your own

Hi dixie, what is it your training for? I made my own client record cards/disclaimers and after care sheets when i was setting up for doing mobile spray tanning, but many companies like suntana or tantrick sell there own, but it depends which brand you will be using? Hope this helps good luck!

If i have a new client i will get them to sign one, I use senna x cards as i love senna retail side.
