hi

i have an appointment booked for thursday and this is a new client to me.

i had chat with her to work out her requirements and she explained she had extensions before for 1 month only and her nails were left yellow in colour. Apparently they had been removed correctly?!

her nails looked a normal colour to me and i hope that this is not going to cause her the same problem so she is left dissaponted. i would like her to be an ongiong client so i thought if i could come up with some possibilities then the problem could be avoided.

any ideas

Products should not disolour nails.
We don't know her whole history do we?
I'm sure you can proceed as normal with no problems.

hi

that what i thought found it a bit strange maybe shes just not keen to commit herself to the upkeep and just wants them for special occasions.

Ill have to work on that!!

christine :)
