Discount for stylist’s friends?

Hi, do any Salon owners out there let their stylists give discount to their friends that before they worked for you they would have done at home. If so what percentage? Thank you in anticipation

I agree with AcidPerm! It’s a business and all the expenses you have to deal with is not worth you loosing on being friendly. I always say as long as a person is not a model and I can do what ever I want or it’s my mother or father I never give anything out for free or discounted. It’s a slippery slope and will bite you in the ass after a while. Being nice or generous for the wrong reasons wont help the business. But a valid question and I’ve been there myself because I have always been too nice. [emoji4]
