Hi everyone, could you tell me where you get your distilled water for your steamers from ?

Just boil water in your kettle first. You're only wanting to get rid of the hardness.
If you use tap water straight into the steamer then just accept that you will need to descale more often.
If you're worried about germs then don't be, your steamer works at such a high temperature it will kill any bacteria.
