My boyfriends going grey, I've got slate grey by Schwarzkopf to use & try. I'm pretty sure I need to lighten more, but don't know if I'm thinking that because I'm being too cautious? So just wanted to check before I actually bleach it again!

Thanks [emoji18]

If its like a super dark slate grey I reckon you could get away with it.

But if you lighten it you're going to get a really true to swatch result!

God damn that doesn't help [emoji85] what would you do if you were doing it?

strand test!

although cams97 is the colour master! :p

I lightened more anyway haha

I probably would've lightened it so it was super saturated and true to tone

I would agree. you may want to go a bit lighter.
If you look at the attached pic you can see the little bit of warmth I had left in the front where he did not get as light.
Granted he wanted a bit more silver than slate but I think a touch more of a pale yellow will take that grey nicely. I have not seen the Schwarzkopf slate grey before and would like to see your results when done if you could.
