Hello all
My understanding of Brazilian Blowouts and Keratin Treatments is that they smooth the hair, they do not straighten it. My experience, and other peers I talk to, are pretty much the same. I have a good friend who has wavy hair and has been coloring her hair bright colors for years. Recently she was experiencing some extreme dryness and possible damage so she had a Brazilian Blowout done. It seemed to have straightened her hair so much that her hair no longer keeps a curl. It's been about 8 weeks since the treatment and her hair is still pretty straight. It normally curls really nicely and she is pretty experienced styling it. Does anyone have any experience with this happening?
