Hello geeks...

Well... i qualified in beauty therapy a while ago and set up mobile.. spent a fortune on products and brochures ect...
Spent hours and hours trying to promote and got nothing.. even friends and family were letting me down..
yesterday, i decided i would try one final time to promote and if i failed.. that would be it!!!
I sent approx 50 emails to care homes, mum and baby groups, and schools (not expecting much) and about 20 mins later MY INBOX WAS FULL!
The best part was a manager of a care home asking me to visit as she has a huge business oppertunity for me (which i am going to find out on friday)
basically my point to all this is...DONT GIVE UP TRYING.. the good things come to us eventually...

hi hun, all i did was put in google care home... mum and toddler groups ect... then i found the email addys and sent them an email giving info about me and what i offer.. attatched a price list and give an offer such as "yummy mummy"... as simple as that really... like i say i didn't expect anything but if you dont try...

Can I just ask what you were asking these places to do for you? Whether it be give out your business cards or leaflets or what-not? I've been trying to do the same sort of thing but can't seem to word it properly lol Maybe i'm just being thick

hi, well just to update you about today... went to the meeting and i have been offered 2 days a week and a free beauty room to use. Get to keep all money i make cash in hand and they will supply the equipment ect..
