Downward growing lash

[Loving Shellac]

Hi
I have a client you’s lashes I tint.
She has just 2 downward growing lashes. She says that they’ve been like that for years, don’t have any infection or irritation from them.
The rest of her lashes have a gorgeous natural curve upwards.

Has anybody any ideas what could be causing this and any fixing ideas??

My daughter in law has 2 that do this and painfully she used to pluck them out! This would be something we would never endorse because of the big possibility of introducing an infection.

Sorry don't know the cause other than "genetics"....to my knowledge she's never had an eye infection that could cause this change.

I do her a lash lift (small shield) and leave the solutions on for the maximum cure times and it works .
