this has never happened so far with a manicure but i had a client the other day whos skin under the free edge looked dry and flaky after the whole treatment was done and at first i thought it was ragged edges from filing but nope its her skin
is there anything i can pop on there before or after the polish is done to improve this, the oil from the massage oil didnt help

she loved her pedicure but me being a total perfectionist haven't been able to stop thinking about it since

... also foot files, disposable and bulk buy or one i can disinfect?? wheres best to buy them

thanks geeks
xx

Use your cuticle oil and reccomend to the client they must use it daily artound the free edge and surrounding eponychium to nourish the nail bed.:)

And stress the importance of regular pedicures!!

thanks i never realised its good for under the free edge just the cuticles i thought... she has booked in for 3 weeks time though :)

thank you

Your welcome:hug:

Pedicures are a great profit and sometimes sorely underlooked....and feet are so important...cosmetic enhancement of the feet can be easily transformed with a little help from the best products....sometimes clients will just want a file and polish but who would want to put thier feet on show with dry hard skin...not me!

me neither, i can get rid of most dry skin no problems, but under the toes
i had no idea what to use it was embarrassing but she didnt know i felt that luckly. atleast they did look lovely from above in the end. phew
